Embodied Arts Healing

Movement Expressive Arts Energy Healing

Supporting empowerment, connection and harmony through expressive arts and healing offerings.

About

Embodied Arts Healing (EAH) offers expressive arts and healing experiences that support creative expression, mindful awareness, and personal growth. Through community classes and private sessions, we use movement, art, writing, and other creative practices to explore connection with the body, emotions, and intuition.

Each session emphasizes choice, presence, and personal agency, creating a supportive environment for reflection, exploration, and expression. Our work focuses on insight, symbolism, and meaning within the creative process rather than aesthetics or skill level.

"In expressive arts, we get to meet so many aspects of our humanity and being — from fears and limiting beliefs to feelings of pure magic and liberation. Expressing through creative modalities can give shape and movement to the emotions, sensations, and stories we carry. From a somatic perspective, expression and presence can help us integrate experiences and process what our bodies have been holding. These are some of the most empowering outlets I've experienced. I am humbled by expressive arts as a teacher, friend and guide; and I'm grateful to share the journey with you!"

TESTIMONIALS

What clients are saying

"I was very fortunate to have a session with Sammi of Expressive Arts Coaching. There was something happening in my spiritual life that was the focus of my session. In a compassionate and nonjudgmental way Sammi supported me in deepening my understanding of how to proceed. Some weeks after the session its positive effects are still unfolding. Highly recommended!"

- Terry G.

"Sammi held amazing space for spiritual insights, awareness and self-expression through dance and art. It really helped me in the healing journey I'm on with my body and my physical health. I loved the dynamic approach that Sammi has with the different modalities. She's got meditation, visualization, dance and art. It was an awesome experience I highly recommend it."

-Tracy T.

“As someone who’s been a coach for almost 15 years now and in the healing arts for over 30 years, I’ve explored many modalities—but somatic work is relatively new to me. In just a short time, I’ve discovered how powerful it is for moving trauma and emotional pain, and working with Sammi has been a deeply transformative part of that journey. She holds such a safe, compassionate, and skillful container. Her guidance through meditation, intuitive movement, and creative expression (in my case, journaling) allowed me to access deeply buried parts of myself—especially wounded child parts that had long been holding pain. The session was profoundly cathartic and empowering. Sammi’s presence is nurturing and wise, and her ability to gently guide you through deep healing work is a true gift. I felt lighter, more connected to my sense of self-worth, and energized to move forward. I can’t recommend her enough.”

"Sammi is amazing, I moved so much stuck energy in my session with her and she moved me through it so beautifully! Highly recommend!"
